This years benefit dinner will be held at the beautiful Lakes Recreation Center in Ashburn Village on Saturday September 12, 2009 from 6 to 11pm.
The cost is $50 per ticket.
The dinner will include catering by Romano’s Macaroni Grill, an open bar (Soda, Beer and Wine), a DJ, Auctions, Raffles and much more!
The Menu Includes:
Garden della Casa
Sweet Italian vinaigrette.
Tomato Bruschetta
Toasted bread topped with extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomatoes and basil.
Chicken Scaloppine
Sauteed chicken with mushrooms, artichokes, capers and smoked prosciutto in a lemon butter sauce. Served over imported capellini pasta.
Eggplant Parmesan
Hand-breaded eggplant slices lightly sauteed and baked with tomato sauce, fresh basil, mozzarella and Parmesan. Served with imported capellini pasta.
Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine pasta sauteed with cream, butter and Parmesan cheese.
Simple Lemon Pound Cake
Delicate slices of lemon pound cake garnished with fresh strawberries.
